Skinning 1-300 by creature level

You can skin a creature of level L at skill (L - 10) x 10 up to level 20, and L x 5 above that. Each band lists the zones with the most skinnable creatures of that level.

Questions

What level do I need to train Skinning to 300?

Apprentice has no level requirement. Journeyman needs character level 10, Expert level 20 and Artisan level 35, from skill 50, 125 and 200.
