Description
The High Order has been warned of the consequences of meddling with the Windshaper's affairs. I think we need to make an example out of Belathaan and send him back to the High Order with a few bruises and a healthy respect for the boundaries we set. Belathaan was seen leaving town, traveling north towards the Shrine of Akir. I don't know why he was going there, but confronting him alone on the road is the safest option. Find him, and put a bit of fear into his heart.
