Description
This morning I spotted a group of humans searching for something in the valley below. I managed to use my rifle's scope for a better look, and it was clear that they were soldiers sporting the livery of Kul Tiras. If you'd be willing to take work from me, travel to where these soldiers made camp near the wrecked caravan to the south. Kill any you find and try to learn why they are here.
