Blizzard's 26 October notes change these racials for the 4 November launch. Only Blood Fury's cooldown is in the game data so far, so each card shows both.

Increases your spellcasting and attack speed by 10% for 15 sec, up from 10 sec in the beta.

Classic

Increases your casting and attack speed by 10% to 10%. At full health the speed increase is 10% with a greater effect up to 10% if you are badly hurt when you activate Berserking. Lasts 10 sec.
