Speak to Archmage Celindra in the City of Dalaran.
Objectives
- Arcane Mote × 1
Description
The council will not be happy to learn of our subterfuge, but they cannot deny results. The city is calming down, and we are free to lower our wards. I think it's only fair you deliver the good word. Take this mote to Archmage Celindra within the Violet Citadel.
